Printing and Reports

One of the most important (arguably the most important features of RoofWright is the ability for you to produce stunning quotation documents. There are a few changes in RoofWright 7 which allow you take take full advantage if this.

Removing Unnecessary Reports (and Finding Missing Ones!)

As RoofWright has evolved we have created hundreds of reports, many of which are distributed as standard. To help you manage this, you can now describe whether a report is visible or not - this allows you to cut down the list of reports to the small number that you probably need.

To do this, firstly, access the reports menu, as shown below:

Now click the "show hidden" button, to show you any reports which are missing.

Whenever you edit a report you can change whether it's visible in the list or not, as shown below:

Don't panic - if you inadvertently hide a report, you can always get it back by showing all reports, editing the one which is missing and un-checking the "hidden" box.
