So you’ve acquired a lead, you’ve arranged an appointment, you’ve visited the prospect, listened to their needs, explained how you can help them and they’ve expressed a SERIOUS interest in making one of the biggest purchases of their lives from you. What happens now?

Most prospects will have contacted a number of companies (you’ll almost certainly know who they are), and the prospect needs to decide between them. Your next task is to ensure they make that decision in your favour. After you’ve left there may well be others (it’s great if you get to pitch last, but not if you’re too late!). Is there going to be a lot of mess? Will you leave the site safe at night?....
